This is my first attempt at creating an album cover for the artist 'GoldLink'. This task has helped me learn the appropriate skills to go on and complete a full digipak at a later date. I attempted to reflect the artist's unique appearance and personality directly to the album cover. GoldLink often wears colourful and 'indie' clothing as well as expressing metaphorical lyrics which cover an array of different themes. The colourful face icon, which I have duplicate multiple of times to create a background for my album cover, is the icon which GoldLink uses on most of his print works which has become iconic for the artists and allows the audience to link the picture with the artist.
